Approval Prompt is the easiest way to add human approval to your workflow. Integrate with our API, or connect to Zapier, and whenever you need a human touch before completing a task, your users will be notified via email or Slack and can make the appropriate selection.

Actions can be configured via the Approval Prompt API, and are fully customizable. Once an approver selects an action, they can include a comment that will be saved with the response and forwarded to the receiving app.

Approval Prompt manages your approval flows: each flow represents a workflow within which approval may be needed. Approval requests are received, and based on the flow notifications are sent to the configured approval channels. The notifications include relevant information about the flow, the specific request, and a list of available actions. Any approver who receives a notification can pick an action based on their assessment of the request, and then complete the approval request by submitting the selected action.
