Approval Flows in Approval Prompt

Approval Prompt is the easiest way to add human approval to your workflow. When an approval is required, external systems submit a request to an approval flow to trigger the required notifications. Flows:

Separate and organize distinct processes and workflows
Let you choose which approval channels should receive notifications when a specific request is made.

Approval flows can be managed by visiting the Flows screen, where you can:

Create a new approval flow.
Edit an existing approval flow.
Delete an approval flow.
View all existing approval flows.
